Top Ten Tuesday: My Spring TBR!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly list making meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and it’s one of my favorite things about book blogging! Each week is a fun new topic for us all to flail over, and I love creating my own list just as much as I love perusing everyone else’s! I’ve found both amazing books to add to my TBR pile, and amazing people to add to my life!

This week’s topic?

My Spring TBR

Oof. The dreaded TBR. For some, it’s a great way to categorize their books and keep themselves organized when it comes to the massive influx of books they have coming in to their homes. For others, it’s this thing looming in the background of their lives every day, just waiting to topple over and crush them with words and feelings and the knowledge that we are just never ever ever going to be able to get to all the books they want to read.

For me, it’s kind of a mix between the two. I’ve learned to really let the pressure of a TO BE READ shelf drop off my shoulders a lot, and that’s been great – do I want to read these books? YES. Am I going to read them all? MOST LIKELY. Will it be soon? MEH. Probably not, if I’m honest. But. BUT. That’s okay! I know I want to read them someday, and hopefully I have a lot of somedays ahead of me and I will be able to get to them all on one of those somedays.

These are the books that I have on my most current TBR list, and I’m pretty psyched for all of them! I’ve either heard really good things, or Love the author, or they were recommended to me from friends whom I trust, or they have those #booknip type words that get me every time (think: Historical Fiction, WWII, Dual Timeline, etc).

Perijee & Me | Pax | Anatomical Shape of a Heart | Wait for Me | Where the Stars still Shine

Timekeeper | The Seven Sisters | Tell me Three Things | Memory of Us | Keeper of Lost Things

Ok so tell me – are there any that stick out to you? Which ones should I prioritize??

Let’s talk!

  1. As I’ve said before, Where the Stars Still Shine! It’s so beautiful & I really think you’ll appreciate its story. Very honest (& oh yeah, there’s a hot dude hehe).
